Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round or square cake pan with butter or cooking spray.
Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
